To provide matching and connection features, we collect information you provide directly to us:
- Account Credentials: Email addresses and verification OTP tokens used for registration and authentication.
- Profile Details: Display name, age, gender preferences, bio, and profile photographs.
- Geographical Location: Latitudinal and longitudinal coordinates (approximate and precise) to enable our Vibe Radar nearby matching and Secret Diary posts.
- Shared Content: Sniffs (short video clips), private photos, and exclusive videos that you choose to publish on your profile feed.
- Messages: Secure in-app messages and call history.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for purposes including:
- To establish and authenticate user accounts.
- To enable location-based radar discovery (Vibe Radar) showing room matches nearby.
- To deliver in-app features like private messaging, voice/video calls, and diary posts.
- To manage and confirm premium Cozy VIP subscriptions.
- To display relevant promotions via our integrated advertising networks.
3. Information Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with trusted services necessary to run the application:
- Supabase: For backend database services, user authentication, and secure media storage.
- Google Mobile Ads / AdMob & Adsterra: For delivering advertisement blocks within the app.
- Google Play Billing & Apple App Store Billing: For processing in-app subscription purchases.
4. Data Retention and Safety
All data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols. We retain your information only as long as your account is active to provide you with Cuddler services.
5. Your Rights and Account Deletion
You have the right to request access to, edit, or delete your personal data. You can delete your account directly through the settings inside the app or by submitting a request to support@cuddler.com. Upon request, all profile details, media content, and messages will be permanently deleted from our servers.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated date at the top of the page.
